HILLTOP ESTATE & APPRAISAL SERVICES is based in Summit, New Jersey and has been serving Summit and the surrounding area for more than 25 years. We are Owners/Dealers of the Summit Antiques Center, 511 Morris Avenue, Summit, N. J., for 21 years and much of our expertise lies with the marketing and sale of antiques, vintage merchandise, jewelry and collectibles. We are also entirely conversant with current value and pricing of contemporary home contents and collections. We are able to consign merchandise for our clients after a sale has been conducted, if the client so chooses.

We have had the opportunity to work with various realtors and attorneys in the area and we are able to provide recommendations and testimonials upon request. HILLTOP ESTATE & APPRAISAL SERVICES is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

We continue to serve Union, Essex, Morris, Somerset, Middlesex, Bergen and other counties in New Jersey.

It is our policy to handle ONLY ONE SALE AT A TIME. We focus our time, attention and expertise on helping one client at a time. We DO NOT schedule multiple sales for the same time period.
